What to Expect During a Session
Before
Arrive in comfortable clothing and with an open mind. You'll be invited to set an intention for your practice and find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down on a mat.
During
Close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash over you. You may experience waves of relaxation, visualizations, emotional releases, or even fall into a peaceful sleep state. There is no "right way" to experience sound healing.
After
